Yeastar phone systems

Flexible business VoIP and cloud PBX systems with the features growing businesses actually use, without paying for unnecessary complexity.

  • Call flows, queues, auto attendants, and reporting built around your business
  • Cloud, on-premise, or hybrid deployment options for different sites and IT preferences
  • A practical foundation for office phone systems we can design, deploy, and support properly

Transparent VoIP pricing

Plan your monthly VoIP cost before the sales call.

Too many providers hide their pricing until you are already deep into the sales process. That is not our approach. Use the calculator for recurring services and estimated call spend, then scope installation and hardware around your setup, site, devices, and migration requirements.

This calculator is based on our Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX solution. If you need an onsite option, you can generate a proposal through our Online Proposal Studio.

Born from frustration. Built for simplicity.

“Surely I can do this better.”

InspireTel started when our founder, Jaco Meintjes, was tasked with upgrading a corporate phone system for around 300 users. After working through proposal after proposal, the same thought kept coming up: the technology was not the problem—the buying process was. It was confusing, sales-heavy, and full of unnecessary friction.

InspireTel was built to make business VoIP easier to understand, easier to buy, and easier to support. Today, that mindset still shapes how we work: tell the truth, keep it simple, and build solutions that actually fit the client.

We typically work with South African businesses that need a more reliable office phone system, clearer call handling, easier support, and a rollout plan that does not disrupt operations. That includes single-site companies, multi-branch teams, and organisations with office, field, and remote users across Pretoria, Johannesburg, and the rest of South Africa.

Why businesses choose InspireTel

A business VoIP provider focused on telecoms, not generic IT sprawl.

Honest advice

We tell you what makes sense, what does not, and where the trade-offs are, whether you need cloud PBX, SIP trunking, new office phone systems, or a phased migration.

Transparent recommendations

You should know what you are buying, why it was recommended, how it fits your users, and how pricing works. If you need budget planning, request pricing.

Practical rollout

Migrations should be well planned, well communicated, and low on drama, with number porting, device setup, user training, and cutover handled properly.

Support that stays

We do not disappear after installation—we stay involved as your business changes, with support for moves, adds, changes, troubleshooting, and optimisation.

Built on platforms we trust

We focus on solutions we know will serve clients well. Yeastar gives us a flexible, feature-rich foundation for business phone systems and cloud PBX, while Yealink gives users dependable devices with excellent audio and everyday usability. Together, they help us deliver VoIP that is modern, stable, and easier to manage. We can also advise on CRM and helpdesk integrations where those systems need to connect with calling workflows.

A simpler way to move to VoIP

  1. 01Understand your current environment, internet setup, call flows, and business needs.
  2. 02Design the right VoIP solution around your users, workflows, locations, and growth plans.
  3. 03Plan the migration, including SIP trunking, number porting, devices, and cutover.
  4. 04Install, train, and support your team after go-live, with clear next steps after the assessment.
